Desktop:
We recommend using the desktop site as the regular Facebook app is glitchy and often doesn't show who you are searching for when you're trying to add a manager. If you absolutely cannot get on your Facebook through the desktop site, you can download Business Manager app that will automatically connect to your Facebook app. For instructions on how to request a manager through Business Manager app click here.
Open your Facebook page's profile. Click on the Manage button:
Navigate to the left side menu and click
Page Access:
From there you will be able to search for
Octopost using [email protected].

Business Manager App:
Navigate to Business Settings in the left side menu:
Instagram Profile
There is no way to request access directly on Instagram without it being connected to your Facebook first. To learn how to connect your Instagram to your Business Facebook, skip to 2:04 in the video.
Once your Instagram account is connected to your Facebook, you can request Octopost as a manager using the above instructions.
