Grant Access to Your Profile

Google Business Profile

Access the email associated with your Google Business Profile. In your Inbox, you should receive an email that looks like this:

When you open the email, there will be blue "Respond" button that will let you grant access:

Facebook Profile

Desktop:

We recommend using the desktop site as the regular Facebook app is glitchy and often doesn't show requests. If you absolutely cannot get on your Facebook through the desktop site, you can download Business Manager app that will automatically connect to your Facebook app. For instructions on how to approve through Business Manager app click here.

Open your Facebook page's profile. Click on the Manage button:

Navigate to the left side menu and click

Page Access:

From there you will be able to accept

Octopost's manager request.

Business Manager App:

Navigate to Business Settings > Requests > Received

Instagram Profile

There is no way to grant access directly on Instagram without it being connected to your Facebook first. To learn how to connect your Instagram to your Business Facebook, skip to 2:04 in the video.

Once your Instagram account is connected to your Facebook, you can grant access using the above instructions.
